| Consumer Loan Criteria|
The criteria we use for considering credit worthiness are credit history and personal data from the loan application. We determine creditworthiness by considering an individual's credit history, debt to income ratio, disposable income, stability of employment, length of residence, suits, garnishments, credit references, and full disclosure and integrity of the application.
Military members on active duty must be in good standings and have a minimum of one (1 ) year remaining on active duty in the military service and haven't had any administrative disciplinary actions taken nor UCMJ actions pending. For military retirees we required that they are drawing their retirement funds directly from Defense Accounting and Services (DFAS).
United States Federal employees and United States Postal Service (USPS) employees must be employed (full time or regular part-time career status) with the Federal Government for a minimum time of one (1) year.
You will not be denied consideration for credit because of a bankruptcy provided the case has been discharged or dismissed by the Bankruptcy Court. We will accept loan applications for active Chapter 13, Wage Earner plan provided we have been granted "No Objections" permission from the Trustee or the Bankruptcy Court to incur the additional debt. We recommend you seek advice from your attorney.

The decision to prepare and send a consumer loan package to an applicant will be made within two (2) business days upon receipt of the online application and receipt of proof of income: normally email or fax a copy of your end of month issuance of your Leave and Earnings Statment ( LES ), pay statment, or the latest copy of your paycheck stub.
How Our Loan Process Works
The first step in getting a consumer loan is to fill out our on-line application. The interactive process will ask you all of the questions needed for consumer loan approval.
After submitting your on-line application YOU MUST FAX YOUR END OF MONTH LES OR LATEST PAYCHECK STUB TO US OR E-MAIL IT TO JFI@RAPIDLOANS.COM. YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS.
Once we have your application and proof of income, your consumer loan will be email or mail to you within 2 business days.
As soon as your consumer loan is approved, we will email you the loan documents for loans less than $1,000.00. Loans over $1,000.00 we will mail via USPS you the loan docurments for review and signature. Our goal is to send you the loan package the same day that we receive all required documents including your End of Month LES or Pay Stub.
After you receive the necessary paper documents, sign and mail them back.
The consumer loan package you receive have options for receiving the consumer loan proceeds. These options are Bank Wire, Western Union, and U.S. Mail. Once we receive the completed consumer loan package, the loan proceeds will be sent to you, THE SAME DAY.
