PRIVACY POLICY A NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION WE COLLECT As part of our business operations, we collect non-public personal information from the following sources: - Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, telephone number, employer, income and your financial position;
- Information about your transactions with our affiliates or others, such as your account balance and payment history;-

If you prefer that we do not disclose non-public personal information other than as we are permitted to do so by law, you may direct us not to do so; and, we will not do so. If you wish to exercise your right to direct us not to make disclosures (except as set forth in the preceding sentence), you should so direct us by mailing to us the opt-out form attached to our Privacy Policy brochure which is included with your loan application papers. You continue to have the right to “opt out” at any time that you have a consumer relationship with us. If at any time we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide current customers with a revised notice that describes our new practices. Jones Finance, Inc. restricts access to non-public personal information about you to those employees whom we determine have a legitimate business purpose to access such information. We maintain security techniques that are designed to protect our customer data. We also educate our employees about the meaning and requirements for data security and confidentiality. OPT-OUT INFORMATION HOW TO OPT OUT:
If you wish to opt out of the disclosure of your non-public personal information to non-affiliated third parties as described in our Privacy Policy, you may call us at the following number (collect, if long-distance): 334-598-1563 or return the Opt-Out form provided in your loan packet, signed and dated, to our address set forth below. If you call, ask to speak to the FCRA Department, and tell our operator that you wish to opt out of having non-public personal information about you disclosed to non-affiliated third parties. MULTIPLE AND JOINT ACCOUNTS: If you choose to opt out, your opt-out instructions will apply to all accounts with us on which you are listed as the owner or a co-owner. If there are co-owners on your account, your opt-out instruction will apply to all co-owners. However, in the event we receive an opt-out request from one co-owner, and specific authorization to release information from another co-owner, the most recent instructions we receive will govern the account and our actions. OPT-OUT LIMITS: You may only opt out certain disclosures. Even if you elect to opt out, we may still disclose non-public personal information about you when required to do so or when specifically allowed to do so by law.
